To put it simply, Lolly loves love, and we we’re chuffed to bits to not only sponsor the inaugural Sherborne Pride, but to also help the team behind it make some noise about the historic event as their official marketing agency.
We’ve been giving love to local and national brands from the heart of Sherborne for over 20 years and no matter how big or established the brand is, we can honestly say that the best marketing happens when you take on projects that you truly believe in, so it doesn’t feel forced. The community brief for Pride was what some might call a ‘passion project’. It was all about bringing people together, curating joy, positivity, and acceptance through effective messaging and vibrant visuals – it had our name written all over it!
The campaign needed to be strong enough to make an impact but soft enough to warm hearts and remain authentic. If you were there on the day or caught a glimpse of the build-up and buzz online, you will have seen the sparkle of the Pride movement and felt its impact. This year’s campaign and event theme was ‘Love Lives Here’ and from the national news coverage and local feedback, we are proud to say that it’s touched and changed many lives, forever.
Here’s a peek at what we poured our hearts into for Sherborne Pride:
- Gave the brand life: crafted a vibrant colour palette, effective fonts, and striking campaign materials
- Built the digital hub: designed and launched a website, the epicentre of all things Sherborne Pride
- Designed the guide: created a digital event guide to keep attendees connected and in the know
- Made some noise: produced promotional materials that amplified the love across the town, including some well received guerrilla marketing through sustainable stencilling on the local streets
- Kept the energy alive: curated social media content that kept the conversation buzzing
- Shared savvy advice: provided brand and event consultancy to make the day unforgettable
