How do we enlist the support of the local population and local council to back the development of a new contemporary art gallery in the heart of Sherborne?

Solution

Firstly, we created a brand and campaign around which interest parties could rally outlining and explaining the social, economic and cultural benefits and listening to and countering genuine concerns and objections with informed and qualified responses and data.

Harnessing social media and local press we ensured maximum impute and buy-in from the local community, culminating in a series of public consultations and an overwhelming show of public support.

The campaign continues as we enter the latter stages of the project and the run up to the final planning decision.
