We’re looking for a Finance Administrator to support the financial elements of our vibrant marketing and design agency in Sherborne.

A LITTLE BIT about you

This role would suit someone with experience in bookkeeping, who is also able to adapt to our current systems such as Quickbooks and our project management software, Teamwork. 

We’re looking for a safe pair of hands to ensure bills and wages get paid, liaise with our accountants about VAT and other important paperwork, and assist in client invoicing.

Attention to detail and appreciation of accuracy are essential, and we’d love for you to have at least 2 years in a similar role. We’ll provide training on our internal systems, and there will be a handover period.

We’re looking to fill this role as a part-time post (likely 3-4 days a week), so can offer flexible working hours to suit you. Above all we’re looking for a team member with a can-do attitude and a sunny disposition, who can quickly adapt to the Lolly way of doing things, and would like to be part of a welcoming, creative team.
